Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add olive oil to the beaten eggs, whisking continuously.
Stir in the orange zest and juice. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
